Section NEW-NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] [Punishment of sentinel or lookout](a) Any sentinel or lookout who is drunk, sleeps or leaves while on post before being regularly relieved shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer.(b) Any sentinel or lookout who loiters or wrongfully sits down on post shall be punished at the direction of a commanding officer.Added by L. 2024, ch. 78,§ 8, eff. 7/1/2024.
