Section 47-1304 - Rules and regulations by animal health commissioner

The state animal health commissioner is hereby authorized to promulgate and enforce all rules and regulations deemed necessary to carry out the provisions of K.S.A. 47-1301 through 47-1307, and amendments thereto.
