Section 40-2114 - Participating insurer may pay commission to other participating insurer or agent

Any insurer participating in the plan approved by the commissioner may pay a commission with respect to insurance assigned under the plan to an agent licensed for any other insurer participating in the plan or to any insurer participating in the plan.
