Section 31-601 - Fire safety standard and firefighter protection act; citation; severability(a) This act shall be known and may be cited as the fire safety standard and firefighter protection act.(b) If any provision of the fire safety standard and firefighter protection act is held to be unconstitutional, such holding shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion of the act.
