Section 27-120 - Concurrent jurisdiction over crimes and offenses in national parks ceded to United States

Concurrent legislative jurisdiction over crimes and offenses under the laws of the state of Kansas is ceded to the United States over and within all lands dedicated to national park purposes in the following tracts:

(a) Fort Scott National Historic Site;
(b) Fort Larned National Historic Site;
(c) Nicodemus National Historical Site;
(d) Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve;
(e) Brown vs. Board of Education National Historic Site.
