Current through 2024 Session Acts Chapter 111 and 2024 Special Session Acts Chapter 4
Elections held under the provisions of this act shall be conducted by county election officers any part of the county of which is within the congressional district in which the election is to be held. Laws relating to registration of voters shall apply to such election.
