Section 21-6808 - Crime severity scale for drug crimes, application; presumptive sentences(a) The crime severity scale contained in the sentencing guidelines grid for drug offenses as provided in K.S.A. 21-6805, and amendments thereto, consists of 5 levels of crimes. Crimes listed within each level are considered to be relatively equal in severity.
