Section 21-6105 - Unjustifiably exposing a convicted or charged person(a) Unjustifiably exposing a convicted or charged person is unjustifiably communicating or threatening to communicate to another any oral or written statement that any person has been charged with or convicted of a felony, with intent to interfere with the employment or business of the person so charged or convicted.(b) Unjustifiably exposing a convicted or charged person is a class B nonperson misdemeanor.(c) This section shall not apply to any person or organization who furnishes information about a person to another person or organization requesting the same.L. 1969, ch. 180, § 21-4006; L. 1992, ch. 239, § 189; L. 1993, ch. 291, § 137; July 1; L. 2010, ch. 136, § 175, 7/1/2011.
