Section 21-5429 - Endangerment(a) Endangerment is recklessly exposing another person to a danger of great bodily harm or death.(b) Endangerment is a class A person misdemeanor.(c) This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas criminal code.Added by L. 2012, ch. 150,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2012.
