Section 20-378 - Same; dutiesThe court trustee shall have the responsibility:
(a) For collection of support or restitution from the obligor upon the written request of the obligee or upon the order of the court; and(b) to compile a list of individuals who owe arrearages under a support order or have failed, after appropriate notice, to comply with a subpoena issued pursuant to a duty of support.
