Section 19-2239 - Conditions and limitations of license(a) A transient business license shall be issued under this act only when all requirements of this act have been met.(b) A license issued under this act shall: (2) be valid only within the territorial limits of the issuing county;(3) be valid only for a period of 90 days;(4) be valid only for the business stated in the application; and(5) be valid for only one person, unless such person is a member of a partnership or association or an employee of a firm or corporation obtaining such license.L. 1985, ch. 94, § 9; July 1.
