Kan. Stat. § 14-902
Current through 2024 Session Acts Chapter 111 and 2024 Special Session Acts Chapter 4
The officers of such city holding office at the time of such election shall, including the governing body as well as all other city officers, hold their office until the next regular election for city of the third class and until their successors are elected and qualified.
