Current through 2024 Session Acts Chapter 111 and 2024 Special Session Acts Chapter 4
Any bond issued under the provisions of this act, together with the interest thereon and income therefrom, shall be exempt from all taxes levied by the state of Kansas or any political or taxing subdivision thereof.
