Section 9-32-8.5-3 - Manufactured home dealer's established place of business; requirements; location standards(a) If the manufactured home dealer's established place of business is a nonresidential sales lot, it must meet the requirements for new or used motor vehicle dealers as prescribed by the secretary under rules adopted under IC 4-22-2.(b) If the manufactured home dealer's established place of business is a manufactured home community, it must meet location standards required by the Indiana department of health.Amended by P.L. 56-2023,SEC. 62, eff. 7/1/2023.Added by P.L. 20-2022,SEC. 8, eff. 7/1/2023.
