Section 9-32-7.5-4 - Transport operator license plates; display(a) Transport operator license plates may only be used for the purpose of transporting: (1) vehicles in transit; or(2) sectionalized buildings.(b) A person may haul: (2) parts of vehicles; in transit in the same combination.
(c) A transport operator may not operate a vehicle or any combination of vehicles in excess of the size and weight limits specified by law.(d) A license plate or sign other than those furnished and approved by the secretary may not be used.Added by P.L. 182-2021,SEC. 13, eff. 7/1/2021.
