Section 9-32-6-13 - Operation of motor vehicle displaying altered interim license plate(a) A person who knowingly or intentionally operates a motor vehicle displaying:(1) an interim license plate issued under section 11 of this chapter that is altered or reproduced; or(2) a license plate that purports to be an interim license plate issued under section 11 of this chapter; commits a Class C misdemeanor.
