Section 9-32-5-5 - Dealer; required certificates or proof of ownership or right of possession A dealer must have:
(1) a certificate of title;(2) an assigned certificate of title;(3) a manufacturer's certificate of origin;(4) an assigned manufacturer's certificate of origin; or(5) other proof of ownership or evidence of right of possession as determined by the secretary; for a motor vehicle or watercraft in the dealer's possession.
