Section 9-32-2-15.4 - [Repealed Effective 7/1/2024] "Highly restricted personal information"

"Highly restricted personal information" means the following information that identifies an individual:

(1) Digital photograph or image.

(2) Social Security number.

(3) Medical or disability information.
