Section 9-32-11-7.5 - Lost or destroyed representative certificate; replacement

If a manufacturer representative or distributor representative certificate issued under section 7 of this chapter is lost or destroyed, the manufacturer or distributor shall request a replacement certificate from the secretary in a manner prescribed by the secretary.
