Section 9-27-7-3 - Bureau to develop a motorcycle operator safety education program

The bureau shall develop and administer a motorcycle operator safety education program that, at a minimum, must:

(1) provide motorcycle operator education;

(2) train and certify rider coach trainers;

(3) increase public awareness of motorcycle safety; and

(4) evaluate and recommend improvements to the motorcycle operator licensing system.
