Section 9-24-4-0.5 - Expiration; validity of chauffeur's licenses(a) The bureau may not issue a chauffeur's license after December 31, 2016.(b) Notwithstanding subsection (a), a chauffeur's license issued before January 1, 2017, remains valid, unless otherwise suspended or revoked, until the expiration date printed on the chauffeur's license.(c) This chapter expires July 1, 2024.Added by P.L. 198-2016, SEC. 433, eff. 7/1/2016.
