Section 9-24-18-7.5 - Counterfeiting or false reproduction of driver's license

A person that knowingly or intentionally counterfeits or falsely reproduces a driver's license:

(1) with intent to use the driver's license; or

(2) to permit an individual to use the driver's license;

commits a Class B misdemeanor.
