Section 9-22-1.7-2 - "Manufactured home" As used in this chapter, "manufactured home" means either of the following:
(1) A nonself-propelled vehicle designed for occupancy as a dwelling or sleeping place.(2) A dwelling, including the equipment sold as a part of the dwelling, that:(A) is factory assembled;(C) is intended for year-round occupancy;(D) is designed for transportation on its own chassis; and(E) was manufactured before the effective date of the federal Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Law of 1974 ( 42 U.S.C. 5401 et seq.).Added by P.L. 198-2016, SEC. 377, eff. 3/24/2016.
