Section 9-21-8-41.7 - Duty of vehicle operator to obey instructions of railroad flagman(a) For purposes of this section, "railroad flagman" means a person who furnishes flag protection as prescribed by rules of the carrier.(b) A person who operates a vehicle shall obey the instructions of a railroad flagman to stop the vehicle before approaching a location in which a train or other on-track equipment is or may be located.Amended by P.L. 50-2011, SEC. 4, eff. 7/1/2011.As added by P.L. 8-2010, SEC.5.
