Section 9-21-2-1.3 - Expiration of rule adopted under section 1 of this chapter

A rule adopted under section 1 of this chapter, before its amendment by P.L. 36-2008, expires on the date on which the commissioner of the Indiana department of transportation issues an order under section 1 of this chapter, as amended by P.L. 36-2008.
