Section 9-21-11.5-10 - Access requirements

A political subdivision may not be required to:

(1) install additional traffic signs or signals;

(2) make improvements or extensions to infrastructure; or

(3) pay for improvements to infrastructure;

for the purpose of accommodating or providing increased access for personal delivery devices.
