Section 9-21-11-12 - Motorcycles; prohibitions on operation; conditions A motor driven cycle may not be operated under any of the following conditions:
(1) By an individual less than fifteen (15) years of age.(2) By an individual who does not have: (A) an unexpired identification card with a motor driven cycle endorsement issued to the individual by the bureau under IC 9-24-16;(B) a valid driver's license; or(C) a valid learner's permit.(3) On an interstate highway or a sidewalk.(4) At a speed greater than thirty-five (35) miles per hour.(5) The vehicle has not been registered as a motor driven cycle.Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-61.1.
