Section 9-21-10-4 - Seating restrictions(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), a person may not drive, operate, or ride as a passenger on a motorcycle in a position other than astride the seat or saddle provided.(b) A person may not drive, operate, or ride as a passenger in an autocycle in a position other than on a seat.Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-8-9-2(d).
