Section 9-21-10-1 - Passengers; number; seating restrictions(a) In addition to the person who operates a motorcycle, one (1) person may be carried on the motorcycle. A passenger may be carried only on a firmly attached and regular seat designed for passenger use.(b) A passenger may not be carried on a motor driven cycle.Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-8-9-2(a).
