Section 9-18.5-36-3 - Eligibility

A person that is eligible to register a vehicle under this title is eligible to receive a semiquincentennial license plate under this chapter upon doing the following:

(1) Completing an application for a semiquincentennial license plate.

(2) Paying the fee under section 5 of this chapter.
