Section 9-18.5-17-2 - Design and issuance(a) The bureau shall design and issue an Indiana firefighter license plate as a special group recognition license plate under IC 9-18.5-12.(b) The bureau shall confer with representatives of the Professional Firefighters Union of Indiana and the Indiana Firefighters Association concerning the design of the license plate.Pre-2016 Revision Citation: 9-18-34-2.
