Section 9-18.5-15-5 - Distribution of fees

The fees collected under this chapter shall be distributed as follows:

(1) Twenty-five percent (25%) to the secretary of education to administer the school intervention and career counseling development program and fund under IC 20-20-17.

(2) Seventy-five percent (75%) as provided under section 6 of this chapter.
