Section 9-14-14-5 - Allocation of money in the highway, road and street fund

Money distributed to or deposited in the highway, road and street fund under this title shall be allocated as follows:

(1) To the state highway fund as provided in IC 8-14-2-3.

(2) To the local road and street account as provided in IC 8-14-2-4.
