Section 9-13-2-177.3 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] "Telecommunications device"(a) "Telecommunications device", for purposes of IC 9-21-8, IC 9-25-4-7, IC 9-24-11-3.3 (before its repeal), and IC 9-24-11-3.7, means an electronic or digital telecommunications device.
