Section 9-13-2-154.8 - "Retractable tire studs"

"Retractable tire studs", for purposes of IC 9-19-18, means tire studs that:

(1) are capable of being retracted; and

(2) otherwise satisfy the requirements of IC 9-19-18-3(d).
