Section 9-13-2-138.5 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] "Proof of discharge"

"Proof of discharge" means a document that:

(1) is issued by the United States Department of Defense; and

(2) confirms a veteran's discharge from the armed forces of the United States.

The term includes a DD-214 form.
