Section 8-5-15-21 - Agreements between district and system; property interests; operation

Any agreement between the district and the system may include a provision that, with respect to assets owned by either party, property interests may be conveyed and responsibilities for operation and maintenance may be assigned to either party, or jointly held and exercised by either party.
