Section 8-25-4-6 - Eligible counties limited to one public transportation project

An eligible county may carry out only one (1) public transportation project under this article. The fiscal body of an eligible county may not adopt a subsequent ordinance under IC 8-25-2-1 after a public transportation project is approved by the voters of the county under IC 8-25-2.
