Section 8-23-9.5-2 - [Effective 7/1/2024] "CMGC" or "construction manager general contractor"As used in this chapter, "CMGC" or "construction manager general contractor" means a person that is awarded a two-phase contract for a project and is responsible for providing:
(1) preconstruction services under phase one; and(2) if a price agreement is reached, construction services under phase two; of the contract.
