Section 8-23-7-20 - Exchange of lands, rights, and easements; attaching construction contracts, bonds, or plans to exchange agreements

The construction contract, bond, plans, and specifications required under section 19 of this chapter shall be attached to the exchange agreement for the parcels of property and incorporated by reference into the exchange agreement.
