Section 8-23-7-11 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] Vouchers for payment; attaching grant or deed copies

A copy of a grant or deed purchased by the department shall be attached to each voucher submitted for payment under this chapter. The auditor of state may not draw and pay the voucher unless the copy is attached.
