Section 8-23-1-46 - "Work program"

"Work program" means a schedule of steps to be followed in implementing a transportation plan, including the following:

(1) A description of the sequence of steps.

(2) The time limit within which each step is to be completed.

(3) The product of each step.

(4) The staff and resources required.
