Section 8-2.1-27-5 - "Motor vehicle for the transportation of food"

As used in this chapter, "motor vehicle for the transportation of food" means a motor vehicle that is:

(1) subject to inspection under IC 8-2.1-24, including under rules prescribed under IC 8-2.1-24; and

(2) engaged in the transportation of food.
