Section 8-2.1-24-16 - Renewal procedure; term of renewal certificationThe annual renewal by motor carriers under this chapter is performed in the following manner:
(1) An application for renewal must be submitted on a form prescribed by the department.(2) An application for renewal may be received by the department at any time after September 30 of the year preceding the year of certification and must be received before November 30 of the year preceding the certification year.(3) A certification expires December 31 of each year.
