Section 8-2.1-19.1-17 - Display of TNC driver's photograph and license plate number

At the time a TNC rider arranges with a TNC for a prearranged ride, the TNC shall display on the TNC's digital network:

(1) a digital photograph of the TNC driver; and

(2) the license plate number of the personal vehicle;

that will be used to provide a prearranged ride to the TNC rider.
