Section 8-21-3-18 - Inadequate security; requiring alternative security

Whenever any proof of financial responsibility filed by any person under this chapter no longer fulfills the purpose for which required, the department shall, for the purpose of this chapter, require other proof of financial responsibility as required by this chapter.
