Section 8-17-7-2 - Definitions(a) As used in this chapter, "local highway system" includes all roads, bridges, culverts, necessary supports, drainage facilities, and roadside developments within the rights-of-way.(b) As used in this chapter, "department" refers to the Indiana department of transportation.(Formerly: Acts 1959, c.331, s.2.)
