A contract of lease may provide that as a part of the lease rental for a bridge the lessee shall agree to pay all taxes and assessments levied against or on account of the leased bridge and to maintain insurance for the benefit of the lessor corporation. The county may inspect the bridge whenever the county considers it necessary.
