Section 8-16-2-0.5 - Applicability

This chapter does not apply to a project under IC 8-15.5 or IC 8-15.7 that is located within a metropolitan planning area (as defined by 23 U.S.C. 134 ) and that connects the state of Indiana with the commonwealth of Kentucky.
