Section 8-15.5-6-1 - Standards for plans and specifications

The plans and specifications for each project constructed under this article must comply with:

(1) the authority's standards for other projects of a similar nature, except as otherwise provided in the public-private agreement; and

(2) any other applicable state or federal standards.
